Sure, I love it when someone offers me way too much money for some loot I'm selling. I really like getting stopped by a squad with two crates of Pixie and Muon, half a dozen sliced weapons and getting the pass through.

What makes me feel much better (and this is so un-smugglerish) is when someone stops me in a starport a few hours after a 31% speed slice and tells me how much he likes the gun. I guess that's why, as frustrated as I am, I'm not really considering dropping smuggler.

I think I'm a smuggler purely out of spite these days.

Combat professions are just skills. Medic and crafting professions are just jobs. Scout, Ranger, and CH are just fetishes. Bounty Hunter and Squad Leader are just titles. Only Smuggler is a way of life.

And Jedi are just stupid.

Im a Master smuggler just to slice my armor,(weapons) that is the only use for this profession.

I'm a smuggler because:-

I make a load of credits selling spice

I make a load of credits slicing for folk

I make a load of credits selling FP (well sort of, a full order book but I'm not quite Colonel yet)

I don't have to worry about resource quality when I'm crafting spice

I don't have to worry about resource quality for my tools

I don't waste time looking for uber resources, any old crap will do.

I'm a useful part of a friendly guild (yes, really)

I've enough skill points left over to take a good combat profession

I've enough skill points left over (after taking a good combat prof) to dabble in other stuff.

All of the above means I have fun in game.

There's been loads of doom and gloom recently guys and I really think it overshadows the positive elements of our profession.

Keep your heads up and try to enjoy these positives.
