I love how pre 19 stuff sliced for crap, like 3%, 2% , even 0% or negative slices and now post 19 everyone gets 14% slices no matter what.
They need to let people who sliced theirs precu reslice instead of being punished for such a cheese develeoper move.

I don't care for how the interface stayed the same, I don't care for how pre-19 weapons do not have sliced tags anymore, but I do enjoy chosing my slices and I believe that for means of balance, the percentages chosen are plenty fine.
I'm sorry but a 35% damage slice on a 1184 rifle would be game breaking
On the other hand, gating it to where low level weapons could get high slices and make them more compatible with higher level weapons... that would be nice. I miss using my striker pistol and scout :/

Here's the thing...as far as I've been able to tell, PRE-19 slices were removed and made re-sliceable.
PRE-CU slices were NOT re-sliceable. I could be wrong, but that's what I thought I had been noticing.
We're not in a happy mood tal, go back to the Scylla forums and complain there. We always are punished by cheese developer moves....it's our way of life here.
