Im dying to know what would happen to a BH that has smuggler skills? does that mean that they are hunting themselves?! Or is it a new way of money exploiting...Gettin bounty on self, then going out and gettin killed??

Jedi have done this already, you can get your own mission, but there is no way for you to kill yourself and complete. Yes, BHs that also smuggle will likely be able to be hunted by other BHs.
