Forgive me, I haven't been on since last combat revamp, so now I'm getting around to learning my apparently "new" proffesion.

Okay, can someone explain to me why you would put smuggler components in level80+ creatures that you have to wait around forever for (read:Gorax)

Now that we can't alter the weapons and armor on our own, we pay 200-800k for single components (or get in a group and spend days hunting creatures). What does that make the price of the slice then? Is it worth slicing anymore?

200k would be nice. Illegal Core Boosters on Gorath are going for a minimum of 2 million.
