Hi ya'll,
I'm gonna play a Zabrak Smuggler and was wondering how some of you spent your stats. I'm sure I'm going to max my Action/Quic/Stam, but with Zabrak having innate willpower and "equilization" I was wondering how important adding to the mind pool is. Either my health pool or mind pool is going to be below 1000, so I'm looking for your opinion and/or what you have done with your stats and how it's working out for ya.
Thanks

I am a Zabrak Smuggler ( in training ) and I find that with the high rate of mind regen that I have it works out well if I take some out of Mind and put spread it around so that none of my stats are below 400.
That way when I use Equilization I still have good Actionand Heatlh as well as Mind.

Right now my character keeps getting his butt kicked with his stats. I was wondering if anyone had their stats optimized great for a smuggler. If you do could you please help me out. Im a trandoshan but just looking at whatever race will give me an idea what i need to adjust. Thanks

Do like i did: hardcore PvP stats... lowest on the health/action stats (6 of them) and pump it all into mind (1100), focus (800), and will power (1100).
You can't fight without buffs, but you won't need to heal yourself. Not to mention it's easier to take a few shots in the head.

What are some good stats for a smuggler (health , strength, constitution, etc...)?

As with all professions, it depends on your resources. I for instance run at 400 across the board, and pump all my stats into mind with 1100/1100/800 as I have easy access to doctor buffs, and rare access to entertainer buffs. This is important as I pvp regularly when I play.

Primary Health & Action ... minimum
Mind (including secondaries) ... maxed
all other secondaries ... maxed
Live off buffs ... usually use brandy/muon and other various foodsover mind-buffs though.

From a different angle...as someone who never buffs, uses armor, and is pretty much exclusively PvE these days, I find it effective to keep the action about 25% higher than health and to keep enough mind to heal myself effectively. Of the secondaries, action is the most important in order to take the edge off the cost of using specials.

I'm the same as caylin though instead of 1100/1100/800 in mind, I do 800/1100/1100 in mind. I love my secondaries
It's all about the regen while feigned
