Im thinking about taking some smugler just for this move, but probly not if it is a random hit to all 3 stat pools.

Smugglers dont have any skill that targets a single pool.

Well, once I get Master Smuggler, I think it will target my cash pool

Only 500,000 Pistol XP left, yay.

It's not IF I can do it, it's HOW MUCH you're willing to pay.

Low Blow is a KD attack that does a little Health damage as far as I have always seen.

The way ive seen it in use it seem to target 50% of the time action, 40% of the time health and the other 10 mind. Last ditch is a killer though for those times it actually hits mind
