no you just need to be unarmed....
I got mine to work. And stick.
There is somewhat of a delay though. I would suggest being partly out of the fight before you use it. Or before the fight.
But it seems to stick with my toon at least.
That is correct, if you move while CoB is powering up it will cancel out, just like duelist stance. Sometimes when I'm fighting a really tough group of targets, I'll try to keep both CoB and duelist stance active. I just pull my gun and refresh it manually, since any weapon switch macro would tend to mess up.
I do however run a macro for duelist stance (BH) since I can use it with a gun. Yes, you can have both active at the same time, but you spend a lot of time not fighting when you are doing all of this. Nice defense, but it does come at the loss of a lot of offense while you wait on the refresh timers.
