I read through the FAQ and couldn't find a definitive answer on this so I'd like to pose the question here. I have an Advanced Laser Rifle at 1167 max damage and realized that the slicing cap is 1183 (right?). Now my question is if I was to get the 2% slice - that should add 23.34 damage or 23 whenever rounded. Theoretically this should give it 1190 but I know the actual cap is 1184.5 according to the Weaponsmith forum. My question is - will this slice place my rifle at 1184 damage or will it stop at the slicing cap of 1183?
