Heyas everyone. Just made Novice Smuggler Thursday nite. Have now made it almost to Slicing 3. Thankfully, I haven't had any of the horror stories in the "chuckles" thread, but then again, I have only had three customer slices.(One from my guild, one regular customer happy with a 15% dmg slice on a sword, and one customer that gave me a previously sliced sword). Made contact with a couple of the Master Smugglers asking permission to contact them whenever I need advice. And also contacted same MS when a smuggler named Jaiden was spamming /planet "Slicing ALL armor types for free". When I asked her why she was doing this, she stated for the xp. When I said it will ruin it for the rest of us, she said that she does not care about the rest of us, as long as this will help her make master she will do it. Is this what our "next generation" of Masters will be like? Basically, screw you guys, I want to get what I want and the rest of you can go to hell. This kinda made me a little upset, but there is nothing I can do about it. If anyone else knows this smuggler, please try to get her in line before we all suffer. Thanks.

What you should do is(with your Master Smuggler friends' permission), stand right by her, and start spamming the names of Master Smugglers, and that they slice better than her, even if it does cost.

Oh, and the best way to get through slicing 3 and 4 is to get either 300 survival knives, 300 clamps, and 60 knives to grind straight through it. Then you can offer the second best slices around right next to her, for a cheap, yet profitable fee(I'd say around two grand so its cheap enough to get all her customers).


People that think they should gain xp at the cost of others like that deserve to be put in thier place.

Oh, and if she gets mad at you, refer her to me, and let her know I'm the one to be mad at, even if I'm not on your server.

Thanks...I did soemthing else that may have worked, added "Getting containers sliced for free is fine, but can you really trust a free slice on your armor/weapon?". She finally went away, so, maybe it worked.

i'm a master smuggler on kettemoor and the next time you her doind this send me a tell and i'll come spam right by her for free slices. i'm amaster and i'm sure i could take her business.

to grind trough sliceing i got lots of 100c cdefs off of the bazaar. if you are ever on naboo send me a tell and i'll give you enough clamps, and wuks to finish (at a very very good discount).

I know it feels like 1000 when you're sitting in front of one for hours on end, but I think that should be 100 terminal slices to make Slicing II.



Heh, way to make me think about that again. That was the worst. At least with spices I could grind them while running to Fort Tusken.
