I've read several posts about not being able to use knives and clamps from crates...I've never had a problem doing that. I just tried it to make sure. Did that patch get rescinded?

It got rescinded from that patch, however, as of last night (P10 got pushed to TC) slicing with crated clamps & UKs no longer works. It's annoying, but it isn't the end of the world. (Although I do hope they allow us to use clamps & UKs from crates and just require PLKs to be uncrated)

If you dont take tools with charges out of the crates, like knifes for example, instead of taking 1 of the charges when you slice, it takes out a WHOLE laser knife. So if you buy a crate of 25 laser knifes, you have 250 charges really. But if you dont take them out of the crate you only25 charges each crate. This is what happened to be at least, and sorry if its hard to understand.
