ok a little help here pls. Ive been getting all the slicen pieces but the finely crafted tool sets ive been to erran sif fond none there matter of fact cant slice oped magseals pls help i see they are in crates on vendors who makes them?

  1. Nobody makes them. They're loot drops. Browse this forum for a couple threads talking about them, but from what I hear, they are hard to find.

  2. You can't slice magseal containers. Nobody can.
