Not sure how reliable the source is, but its something. Most of the changes seem to help us, faster pistol speed, more defenses from TKA, nothing specifically about smuggler.

Fake, from that thread:
"Two-Handed Lightsaber has been replaced by Dual Wield Lightsabers, which allows Jedi to wield two lightsabers."

a couple paragraphs later:
"The much anticipated "dual wield" for pistols will no longer be available. Due to the minimum requirements the game currently upholds, the complexity of the game will not allow for players to use specials while holding two weapons, so the idea has been thrown away."

Hes a triple master, so im assuming hes not all that new. Perhaps it didnt occur to him. He stated it might not be a reliable source, and didnt come off sounding like he was trying to 'dupe' us.

So the one-star rating was uncalled for.

In a last ditch (not a smuggler joke) attempt to hijack my own thread whilst my lunch burns on the stove. How about what the guy had to write, even if some of it's goofy, some of it makes sense.

Don't you think that pistoleer should be speed capped at master? My brother is a rifleman and he shoots so fast at master it's ridiculous.

As a TKM wouldn't you love to have some more ranged defense without having to grab a row of fencer, or if not in TKA give pistoleers some more ranged defense, it's mostly melee now.

The gist of what the guy wrote seems to be that there should be an attempt to stop people from stacking different rows of melee defenses and that ranged weapons need to be balanced.

As with anything take from it what you want.
