Hey,

I am all the way up in the Marksmen pistol thing but how do i start on the smuggler???

You also need to have Unarmed IV from brawler. Once you do that, you'll need some more pistol xp (something like 125K), then you can train Novice Smuggler.

Actually that's 50k Pixotol XP to get novice smuggler once you reach both pistol IV and unarmed IV. 125k is for novice pistoleer( but you should think about going pistoleer too, it helps getting the pistol XP for Dirty FOghting and Underworld)

yes, that's right you have those too, but they're only pre requisite to master the profession, you have time before you reach it
