ahw, its so sad! on most slices i get critical mistakes!!! is there something wrong?

add Molecular Clamp

add Flow Analyzer Nod

Cut Red, or blue...

all items are at least 91% crafted.....

so why do i get critical mistakes in 80% of weapon slices????

Hey, you use one or the other. A Mole Clamp works 100% of the time and a FAN only works 50-75% don't remember which as I never use FANS

Good Luck,

Do you read which wire you have to cut?

A FAN works 75% of the time. Just choosing blue every single time would work 50% of the time.

But yeah, looks like the problem is you're using a FAN after you use the Clamp. Just use the Clamp, read what it actually says to cut, and you should be good to go.

Looks like BHs aren't the only ones getting questions from people who respecced without knowing what they're doing. I got at least 2 tells every day asking about slicing or FP buying, heh.

It could be that the FAN is overiding the Molecular Clamp. I don't think anyone really bothered to see about the effectiveness of FANs in the Beta so as far as we know, FANs could only give 25% accuracy. And if you're applying one after the Clamp, it might just be replacing it and not giving you the full accuracy.

Try appying a clamp. Then cutting the requested wires.

Oh, and tool effectiveness still doesn't apply or affect the quality of the slice. So, /shrug.

Respec smugg? I hope so... If so I can't really blame you for using both since you didn't have to grind your way up the slicing tree
and therefore not knowing how they work...

may i'm bugged, so just test it your yourself

I don't think using the FAN after the clamp should be messing anything up. To take a trip in the Wayback Machine, we used to use multiple FANs before anyone had clamps to try to improve our chances of a successful slice (i.e., if 2 or 3 FANs in a row said the same wire, that was the one we cut). As long as the slice window's kept open, any tools you use in it shouldn't affect the succession of wires you'll need to cut.

My guess is the clamp results are being ignored. It's the simplest explanation.

Theed was a bustling commerce city...people hawked their wares, danced, laughed, dueled, and had a rollicking good time. Cantinas packed with Entertainers of every race, shape and size...along with scoundrels, Stormtroopers, and drunks. People grouped up and stuck together in the wilderness, and you ALWAYS took a Scout or a Ranger with you. We lived our own Star Wars saga. We created our own personas, our own histories, and it all blended into this wonderful, magical experience that I will always remember...

That magic is gone now, but I'd pay 50 bucks a month to have it back.
