I posted this in the BH forums as well, since i'll be shooting at jedi with this.
here's my new gun, it's pretty good. need some slicing advice clicky

I'd say full critical if you are going to use powerups, 3 speed + 1 critical if you aren't. Why critical? You can get speed, damage, or SAC powerups, accuracy and actionfood, but you can't get anything else that gives a better chance at critical strikes.
That's pretty close to my Featherweight FWG5 that I dropped a 3 speed 1 crit slice on, but mine is faster with a higher SAC. Without PUP's I burn through action like mad... so I've retired that gun to kiting large critters since I'm not using many specials. I purchased another and put a full critical on it, and it seems to make the action pool last much longer although the DPS isn't as good. The second gun wasn't quite as good to begin with, so I'm still looking into buying a better one to drop another full critical on.
I've also heard that anything below 1.20 mod speed is a waste, although I can't prove it. My 301 sliced gun is 1.17 mod speed with my skill mods just as a reference... and I will say it's mad fast.
