is microassembly parts etc now only in space, or can u loot on the ground all slice loot

Toolkits come from Nightsisters I've heard, you can get the rest either from NPC marks, krayts, or some either high level creatures.

Micro assembly part? Far as I know, I've only seen 1. These things are wierd.
