I was a Star Wars fan before I owned a Computer. I had already LOST pylon Struts to my Y-Wing before I ever touched a 2600 Joystick. When all the other kids rushed across the street to see PacMan at home... I was in my room because I had hit some kid up the street with my toy Red Lightsaber (The hard Red one that made noise when swung)

Point is, I was Playing Star Wars before I played Videogames

I grew up Playing Star Wars!
The At-At Toy was a trade for my security Blanket
The Rancor sat in a sealed box taunting me until I brought home an acceptable spelling test.
I figured out which action figures had removalble heads and how you could tell without taking it off (General Veers was the easiest to pull off)
I still have TV Boxes full of StarWars original Action figures and toys,
Not in the Box
Not in good Condition
Not complete sets
Faded, Bent, broken and modified

I was playing StarWars before I ever played Video games... ANd I LOVED to play StarWars.

I came to SWG Hopping to play Star Wars...

I have wasted to much time and money on an "idea" of a game that was never recognized
I left once over the borked combat system
They fixed it with the CU... and for a time I was happy..... A month or so...

Then I realized how much the people running a StarWars game had no respect for StarWars and that, asside from the graphics, SWG has NOTHING to do with Star Wars.

I stayed on for a little longer because of you people.. For the people, for the friends...
But I hardly know most of you... Its no insult, it's just that I know you within the context of the game and that is all... That said, You people were enough to keep me slogging through this broken insult to StarWars for several months. Enclave is Really a great group and I thank you all...

But I cannot continue to reward Lucas Arts and SOE for this .... embarasment to the, already dying, PC Game world.

The Jedi population is absurd, The GCW is dead, The Smuggler profession has NEVER been finished and if I wanted to pay monthly for space.. I'll play EVE.

I do software implementation and project management for a living.. If I handed something like this to a customer I would be Fired and probabaly Sued by my employer AND my Customer! If it were a government client I could also face criminal charges!

Maybe, If SOE opens a NoForce Server
Maybe then I will be back for a month or too until the other flaws in this FAILED Game overwhelm me.

But then it will be on a No-Jedi Server
On Chilistra, I am dead. Forever.

I WANT to live a virtual Life in the Star Wars universe... EQ, WoW, etc.. Cannot offer that... Sadly SWG cannot either.
