I know that the prevailing sentiment is that damage slices are more desirable than speed slices. i am wondering if this is the case for every skill level, or just at the top tier. I am not a Master pistoleer yet, so I have not maxxed my speed mods. So, in the interest of spamming specials that have either state effects or posture changes, I like speed. It lets me knock them down, stun them, and then use my chosen attack...
