The Incident. Back when I was but a lurker(I was still pissed off with the lack of attention they paid to those of us who beta tested, ironic that I find myself here...), and the "Crackdown" was being proposed/added in, he didn't try and help the community get the type of crackdown they wanted. Also, he directly insulted three of the Smuggler Community's leaders.
