I'm a M-Smug and M-Cmdo, and still fairly new to Dueling/PVP. I was dueling a Jedi in our guild two nights ago, up on our Guild Rooftop.
The 3 rounds went something like this:
I root and back off as far as I can, and then I hack at him, he UBER heals back to full health, keeps tossing his sabre, and in no time I'm down to LD range, and hit LD.
Round 1: Incap
Round 2: Incap
Round 3: Jackpot - Incap the Jedi
This holds true to my experience using LD, it works about 1/3 of the time: quit whining unless you want your sabres to hit 1/3 of the time.

So what I'm seeing is that LD does not need a nerf.
In order to prevent this exploit from occuring, I propose that all Stormtroopers be enrolled in mandatory anger-management sessions until they learn to control their rage and engage in a meaningful dialogue with anyone who attempts to brutilize them for performing their duties.
Problem solved.

HEAL them... if they try to use Last Ditch then they will do just a small amount if damage.. if they even hit you. =P

Oh man. I'm so gunna do that. That's *awesome*.
Being a combatant rebel I do my best not to spend large amounts of time around stormtroopers. I've also only had last ditch used against me twice. Once the dumbass used it as his opening shot. That was amusing. The other time, the guy pulled it off right and hit me for about 1.5k damage.
