This has happened to me a couple of times. Once was before I learned to make sure people knew the price before I started and a couple of times after. That first time I let the person have their stuff with a partial payment and promise to pay the rest later, which they did, but only after I bugged the crap out of them for a few hours. Ionly let themhave their weapon back because they said it was the only one they had, and they neededit to runmissions to repay me. I learned that lesson, and now everyone knows the prices up front (which recently changed from 3k to 5k - and *not one* complaint btw).
On the other hand - recently I screwed up a slice on a comp bracer and picked the wrong wire. First (andlast!)screw up. I sliced the rest of his armor free and paid him 50k to get a new bracer. Even thought they wanted to pay me anyhow for the other slices, I refused because I felt like a bonehead.

If they cant pay....they have 2 days to get enough credits to buy them back off the trade forums.

5k per slice. Period. If they do not pay, i have a new wepaon or new armor. I am a large wookiee with a big sword, so many times I don't have this problem. The one time I can remember, the client's friend came up with the creits to finish the payment. Seems to walk out everytime though. I did have one guy tell me he only had 4500 on him, yet he wa wearing a full suti of armor with a t21 in his hand. I told him to bank tip and heard nothing more.
Time is money, plain and simple.
I do like the no pay-bazaar thing.
