Even though the post is only a few days old, it should be considered a necro and locked. Nothing useful at all in this thread.

I would also like to say to all the petty bikering that this forums has devolved into that hey lighten up its just a game
and were all entitled to speak our mind considering we all pay the same monthly fee

Smuggler has become popular due to last ditch. BH are taking it as an 'I win button' against jedi.
And bhs are exploiting the hell out of it 2. As in staying in constant combat with wookies or pulling out faction pets and /slapping them to get down to low health to perform last ditch on jedi.

)It is funny when someone calls people uneducated but can't understand basic grammar. And even funnier when they are condecending about it. Go figure. /shrug
Personally, I have more issues with the crappy slicing system they have given us. I have enjoyed my skils in my guilds group hunts, and have been very effective.
