Ummmmmm, hit reply to a post, type out the ABC's and numbers/symbols in both upper and lower case using Wingdings then Webdings. Use the symbols you see to create any kinda lightsaber you want.
When you feel like you have a good one, put some words to go with it to make it a full sig and delete everything else off the reply window but what you want your sig to look like. Okay, now hit "Edit as HTML" at the bottom right. You will see a bunch of code. Copy that crap with Ctrl-C, then go into My Profile at the top. Scroll down a bit and paste that crap in the spot that says Signature (or whatever). Hit "Save Changes"
Viola!!! Lightsaber sig, created by YOU!
