that is a huge range - surely they must be settling down now that the bounty hunter drops have increased.

Just a FYI to any Bria smugglers out there... you can find this stuff MUCH cheaper on the vendor search, including the ICB's. I have a feeling this list is going off the trade forums... that's just the place everybody goes to jack up the price on things. I picked up about 10 or so ICB's for about 20k each, and there were even more there that I didn't buy. Don't give the people that jack prices up extra high the satisfaction of "market value" when you can get them cheaper if you take a few extra minutes.
So in conclusion: Watch vendor search... when one BH finally gets fed up with the stuff not moving, he'll cut down the price. That's when you jump in and buy his entire stock. Let the BH's get fed up with things not selling at all at the "market value" until they drop prices. Most of them are making enough money on AA's, CA's and weapons parts that they don't need to make a huge profit on smuggler junk.
