Wow! the devs did it right! and they nerfed jedi to boot! I almost feel like sharing my pie and beer! but I don't! sry devs. add smuggling content and you can have a piece of pie, but the beer is mine!

well dont count your chickens before they hatch... they did add the patch notes and the UI is definitely different. But its horribly bugged. Right now if you slice a weapon and use it.. it 'breaks' within a few shots. You take it back to a smuggler to 'repair' and the ui says it repairs fine but the weapon goes to 0 condition.

will they fix this? sure.. you know they will. Will they fix it before it goes live? Lets change the new pub 19 bets.

i bet no, simply because theres been plenty of horrible bugs that we catch that still go live.

One major concern if this does go live is weapons with ADK's on them. These repairs were never supposed to break condition in the first place so the possibility that a weapon with an ADK on it could find itself with 0/913 condition. The reason why this could be REALLY bad is because even when they fix the bug they almost never go back and fix items. This leaves you trying to put in a ticket with the csr-jerks that have a canned answer that they cant help you and you have to delete your weapon to get your ADK back. This obviously undermines the whole purpose of an ADK.

None of this paranoia is confirmed but it goes hand in hand with 2 years of SOE experience. My advice is dont slice a ADK weapon until its a guarantee'd working as intended system in place.
