Thread: Speculation on the slicing biz post-Minigame

Just to clarify... my love for you is more of a platonic, Smuggler-type love.

Oh, and ignore the fools who keep asking for your pic. That's not real love!

Ok enough of me being all smitten.
To the point, Veela I see where you are coming from with that, so as any other member of the cummunity would say... "Do what you gotta do girl." I still think its very unfotunate that you were flamed the way you were, and I'd like to use Mr. Jedi trolling these forums of the example as to why you should not post your information. At least not directly. You could always post it thru another person tho...

I would say that I quite like the new system (from what I had heard about it.) It's more in depth than what we currently have, and makes for much more interesting combat due to modifications you'll be able to make to the gun (i.e., choosing more options besides damage and speed.)
I feel bad for the people calling me a liar though, because what's on TC isn't (as someone else so kindly mentioned) the next publish. Publish 18 will bring the slicing changes (barring any unforseen, game-breaking bug.) Too bad half the people in this forum don't think that my speaking personally to a dev is enough. Honestly, I'd rather take that as the truth as opposed to something officially posted here on the forums...seeing as how my track record is 'slightly' better than what we've seen here in an "official" sense.

Oh well. If people don't want to hear it from me (because I'm not a red name,) then that's cool. I don't have to say anything anymore. For anyone that wanted more info and appreciates me, I really, really thank you for that; unfortunately, right now I'm afraid I feel like a couple bad apples spoiled the bunch. Maybe once people learn to trust me, I can learn to trust them.Anyway, I'm done rambling.

I understand Veela's reluctance about this.
People cant go around calling others a lair without that person not feeling welcome. Thats just not right.
Now, I'm not just saying that cause I thin kveela is the hottest thing since man discovered toast, it was really a disappointment for me to see some people in the community do that to someone who is trying to help us all out.
I guess there's no need for me to rant on about this, it's been beat to death already. But, it still pisses me off to no end.

Now how could you make constructive posts in the jedi forums about something you know nothing about? If you read (you can still do that cant you?) I am both a Smuggler and a Jedi so i can be constructive on both proffessions without "crying nerf" or "complaining". And you should try searching my posts and youll see i dont do either. So just beacuse I'm more proud of the fact that I'm a Smuggler on one character and less proud of the fact that I'm a jedi on another and just don't advertise it makes me unable to give my opinions on another profession in this game?? Listen pal I've been playing this game for longer than is has been out and have played every proffesion in it. I really resent yourgreater than god attutide in that post. Who the hell do you think you are talking like that to anyone like that? What I wascommenting onwas what the average Jedipost contains and in defence of all smugglers. Your statements alone, no matter what they said, just strengthed my belief that Jedi think themselves better than everyone else.
And also I barley see any constructive posts in the Jedi forum the begin with and those are all posted by Jedi.
