I am very unexperienced in SWG andonly a novice smugglerbut love the game. I am still not sure of how many problems there are and how bad they are but from what it sounds like they need to be addressed. You have my support in hopes for better attention to our issues and hopefully when the light finally shows at the end of the tunnell there will be some action. Until then I will continue my quest for Master Smuggler and Master of the Smuggler Alliance, even though so many NON-Smugglers are part of the alliance.Here is alsohopes that they change the YT-1300 to be able to fight when you are flying solo before I reach Master. Don't forget we are smugglers when they dont want to play nice hit them with a low blow.

Im going to ask that the Dev's please show us just a little respect an address our concerns in a honest and direct manner, if not I will ask those of you who know what meda outlets to get this letterto, toplease do so. If it takes bad press to get them to understand why we are so, so pissed off then so be it. I dont think its alot to ask from SOE to address us. Just talk to us we pay to play as well.Sorry Im not a Jedi.........

Whenever this letter is publised, make sure a copy is emailed to customer service... that's still a joke to me. Some service, I've sent 2 emails to them and never once received a reply.



"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114
