The fact that you post there is not really in question, it's just that you seemed to have jumped form ID to GAT and we felt a little bit overlooked. And if you really want to have fun and chat with cool people, the smuggler forum is THE place where it happens.
More generally what happens is that we see your big red glowy name on the dev tracker and then we see it's not for us, it's not bringing news, it's not even constructive sometimes, and as we have been ignored for a long time, we feel that as one more insult towards all the professions that are not considered in any visible way by red names (rangers, smugglers, squad leaders, pistoleers, creature handlers... well you know who i'm talking about).

Just look at the timestamp guys. If she's posting at 11 at night, chances are she's working overtime (server status, etc.) or she's on her own time chatting up with her fellow gamers. If you read her team comments, you will find she's a gamer herself.
We are lucky to have Tiggs. Remember TH's enthusiasm when he first started? Notice how it's somewhat dwindled (at least that's how it seems) - he would try things like this and everyone would jump on him. For posting on his own time. Would you like to work in your offtime? Nope, didn't think so. Tiggs has been a wonderful addition to the community - don't turn her into just another SOE employee by verbally bashing or debating anything she does on her offtime.

So then the answer to evryone's frustration over no commuincation and be ignored it less communication? Post in the GAt all you want who cares, but what we really need is communication. You deseperatley need to get someone to post on this new loot and actually tells us what is in game becuase what was advertised for this patch doesn't all seem to be there. I'm not even going to start with the CU since you all feel we are below the need of knowledge though you guys still want us to pay each month....... BAH It drives me crazy what a few detailed posts would solve yet we have to have all the debates, battles and fights because the SOE team refuses to do it.

We have only just begun with the new loot. It was the first phase so to speak that has been published to live and more to follow.

that's what i was thinking too, you can't imagine how we appreciate it, at least we know that you know we exist, it's not fixing issues yet, but it's a big step you've made, now that you have come to meet us, we can follow you where you want us to be useful.
