In the Screenshot Above You can look in the Chat window and see that I was told the Cost would be 800 for the Rank and it only took 720. Since I have been a Smuggler since forever I had always assumed that it was the discount (and I suck at math)

actually now that you mention it, you're absolutley right. Bothans (no matter what faction) do get a 10% bonus and now I do remember the rank discount when I was purchasing was exactly 10% and I could never figure out why (was sooo long ago heh). Thanks
