I would like this but i want it tied to Smuggling mission failure not some stupid visabilty system.
Take a mission to smuggle spice guns slicing parts what ever finish the mission get paid 10% of the cargo steal the cargo or fail the mission your on the BH terms with a very high price on your head.

Technically, yes. But if this system is put into the game, there will be people who get bounties placed on them on purpose, mainly just for the fun of it. It doesn't make them less than the best, it just makes them bored Smugglers looking for a little thrill.
I know I'll do it. I think it'd be fun to have to sneak around, watching every little blip on the radar. That's the way Smuggling should be.
Sorry, that didn't come out quite the way I had meant. Didn't mean for it to sound like anyone with a bounty wasn't a good smuggler, I understand that players would do it on purpose and if that's their thing I'm all for it. Just from a roleplaying standpoint, I don't want a bounty on my head because I prefer to stay a little more low key... In fact, I've had a few customers tell me to drop the act once or twice

50k on the terms on Nartius. Fight with a speed tricked out renegade and smuggler specials. I won't run unless you bring a friend or four. Haven't lost in over a month and had 6 come for me yesterday alone.
I'm sure it's mostly the piddly little BH's thinking I'll just be an easy mark, but my ego tells me otherwise
Also, to any smuggler who does get hunted a piece of advice. You've already lost the fight if you run. Most bounty hunters do not expect you to run towards them. It throws them off balance and seeing thier health bar light up with debuffs is very demoralizing. Once they think they've lost control of the fight, which if you do something crazy and unexpected happens quickly, you've won.
