Every single smuggler on Starsider who's posted today that I've seen has been reporting that none of their kits have the salvage option, regardless of whether they were crated or not. This is different from other servers, so my conclusion is that they failed to run whatever process that added the 'Salvage' command to the kits on our server (Starsider). Now I'm taking a survey of Starsider smugglers to see if my theory has any supporting evidence or if it's just coincidence.

No love on using any of the uncrafted AUKs or WUKs. Had some in my backpack, some on a vendor, some in a house and some in a factory. Nothing for any of them.
Okay here's the question. How can the server with the SMUGGLER CORRESPONDENT on it get missed?
Is it some kind of big symbolic F U from the boys in red?

I'm choosing to believe it was an honest mistake and one which they'll happily rectify for us as long as we remain level headed and politely point the error out. I think there's enough supporting evidence here already that I'm confident in asking Wes if he can bring this oversight to the devs' attention.

This is not limited to StarSider, I have over 1000 clamps, wuks, auks, and plk's that are worthless, not one has a salvage option.
On a good note, I looted 2 Delicate Trigger Mechanisms (1 off CL 85 NS Stalker, 1 off CL 82 NS Ranger) and 1 Mandalorian something or other (armor slice I assume) off a NS Elder.
Well, they haven't mentioned getting any kind of salvage on anything but the AUKs and the WUKs but I suppose you can still hope.
We're not saying that no one else is having problems. We're trying to ascertain if anyone on the entire server has been able to salvage anything at all.
