Just be aware, that you can get in trouble for repeatedly sending in a ticket over and over again on the same issue (CSR Ticket).
I've seen people warned/banned for this, once the CSR thinks (I use that term loosley we all KNOW how CSR's work, or DON'T) that your ticket has been answered in a satisfactory manner, any other tickets can be considerd as harrassment of CSR's.
Just so ya know.

Ive done caned my account anyway..Ive got nothing to loose but, a few days non-playing time

LOL, for Smugglers then the "satisfactory manner" would be to totally ignore the ticket! And that would preclude sending in any more.
