no slicing is not random there are things that affect slicing:
1) garanteed Increase of min. 1% up to max 35% (45% on armor).
customer: can you slice my weapon please.
Smuggler: sure i can.
2) the garanteed 0% increase.
customer: slice my weapon.
Smuggler: no.
so in short yes we do affect slices its called THE MOOD OF THE SMUGGLER!

I'm a lurker here as well as on the boards of other professions I don't have, I guess I just like to know whats going on in other parts of SWG... Oh, but my boyfriend is a wookiee smuggler so when he moans about something I can say "Oh yes, that was mentioned on the forums the other day" which sends him running here

So its all good.

Yes I am one of the many lurkers, but I have to say this is the best forum to lurk in.

I have been a smuggler for.... well lets just say a while, and I come here to find out whats new in the community.

I mostly just lurk here nowadays, and just post in the Eclipse forum. I used tobe a little moreactive in this forum, but the lack of any good news for us has brought the mood so low here.
