Give it to an architect or artisian. I'll take the hidden Smuggling compartment.
Bongs in r/l or fictional in-game are retarded.
This is number...what...77 in the list of non-Smuggler things added to this profession? Gimme a break

I will point out that the quest is not yet complete (only act 2) and during act 2 they say that the item is a potent healing device that most don't understand how to use yet. That suggests to me that in the 3rd act this "bong" may have functionality added to it when you do more investigation. Wait and See is maybe a good thing.

Why would we need a hidden smuggling compartment? We already avoid scans pretty much completely. So what would it be useful for?

Which NPC in Wafar? The one I talked to ended up landing me on the corvette which I could not get out of even after dying. 
Can you abort the mission and get multiple shisas? Only reason I would want them is to make an opium den in the basement of my casino (not built yet). All the beds upstairs are for the brothel. I figure a row of lounges with tables and shisas on them would attract a great crowd. Think of all the content that would add to the game!
Though I can imagine that if I called it 'Spinning Cloud's Opium Den' I'd probably get it deleted...which would baffle me since THEY are giving us the bongs to play with.

The generic toll wont work, you need the one the archs use is what I am reading. might even need to be near a station.

I still don't know where to get them. The guy in the Wayfar cantina gives 3 missions for info then sends you to Jabba's starport where you get a one-way ticket to a corvette full of reds.
What NPC are we talking about that gives missions for shisas?
