By the way, we should set up a dedicated smuggler chat channel. It's gonna be a while before we can get a guild set up, so it'll help to have a known line of communication in the meantime.
Might I suggest SIN.. the Smuggler Information Network.

I'm in. (When will this hit TC, btw?)
Hopefully this change will help make PLAYING the lower levels of a profession enjoyable (to help remove the grind to master and then start playing mentaility the game has) ... I'm glad we have to start from the ground up.

Word is they're putting a hotfix on TC right now, and if that goes smoothly, they'll add the CU later today.

I'll be there as soon as the blue frogs are.
I barely have time to play once a week right now let alone grind a Master Smuggler/Pistoleer from scratch.

Folks,
Okay, the "alpha" testers got nothing and will get nothing. CU is going straight to Test Center(sic). However, we have no evidence to indicate that the TC version will be final and nothing to say that feedback from TC won't accomplish anything.
Therefore....
If Wes or Caylin still have the strength i think we need a <TLB> Team Low Blow guild on TC.
Once it's made, a swift post here can let all of us know who to contact and where to go to join up.
If CU-Smuggler is as borked as Live-smuggler, it's our job to say so and our job to test the holy hell out of it so that we have evidence to back up what we're saying. Blair's nobody's bad guy; we might well be pivotal in getting ourselves the combat aspects to our profession that we always wanted and never got. We might also manage to prove the case for un-nerfed abilities like we once had but which were taken away (in my opinion) unfairly.
We also need to make certain we're testing most of the feasible Smuggler combos.
I've always been a glutton for punishment, so i'll take Smuggler/Squad Leader on the basis that nobody else is that crazy.
Who else is in?

yuppers, but don't let that discourage you. We need as many people as possible testing, but at the same time we need to keep the noise to a minimum while we're testing. Please please please, keep things to "this is broken" or "this seems a bit unblanaced and here's why" etc type things. A bunch of 'this sucks elephant nads' or 'wow this wtfbbqpwns!' won't help much in the process.
