I think medic is worse, almost everyone and their dogs dabble in Medic, getting Novice Medic to be able to use stimms B.

Oh, I agree with you on almost everything lol 
Basic med skill would be stimm A. The fact that almost everyone can heal their own wounds and use very powerful stimm B IS a problem for the medic profession. You have good points tho, I should not have said their problem is worse. But it is a wee bit off topic here I guess. lol
To get back to Smuggler, I agree that it seem shady for a Jedi to use FD and yes, our Master Box should give big FD and slicing bonus (already the case for slicing, lots of peoples refuse to have their stuff sliced by a Slicing IV). Should be possible to dabble, but dabblers should never be as proficient as a Master. I really hope FD get fixed in a way that don't shaft Master Smugglers, who should be very proficient at FD after all.

I talked with a CSR and he told me to /sit abd logout for 30 minutes. He said it was a rare bug and that this should fix it.

AFAIK, it only starts working again when you either die or clone, can't remember which - there are a few threads about this, you might try searching the Smuggler forums a bit. Too lazy to do that for you right now.

But what caused it? I've done it plentyof timesbefore in the past...that also rules out the needing 0-0-4-0. Well I'll just give the DEV's one more day, then I'll take the exp hit.

Going LD in the middle of being in a Feign Death state.
EDIT: Don't take this statement as truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth - it's just something I remember vaguely from a few 'omg, a fd bug!!11' threads that were around a few weeks ago.
