My energy and concentration levels are very low at the moment; My uni group's leader suddenly popped up with a request to get a large excel document done on Wednesday because our lead designer couldn't do it himself. I ended up not sleeping, learning Visual Basic from scratch and how to use excel on the fly in order to produce something that was detailed enough to represent the game play of a management sim and act as proof of viable game play.

Anyway, I'm drifting ; Hopefully no-one will mind if I go and edit that post now.

I would rather know there is something, than know nothing at all. That being said, I'm in line with Shrendyc on this one. It's hard to get excited. I appreciate the info you can pass, but this is typical of SOE. Tyrant or someone elseposts something, then the bottle up about it. I'm glad you're glad, but for the rest of us, we're still waiting.

Hopefully I can slip Tiggs some more catnip.. er, I mean..

SOE needs to understand one huge thing about this. They need to be as open as possible withALL Smugglers regarding information about the profession. If anything, they OWE us a little because of past events, statements, and schedules.

I really do hope they are open about this and are willing to discuss the future as well...

Thanks Wes. It is good to see you and Veela that excited about something. So of course I will wait for the actual announcement to open the champagne, otherwhise how will I celebrate that? But your thread made me smile and make me impatient to see more.

Tiggs, thanks for checking on that. When you say "I'm checking on it", you do , I noticed that. Can happen that your hands are tied, but if they are not I know we will get news back.

(I'm not being blindly trusting, look at Tiggs's track record, she is usuallly quite good at getting back to peoples.)

This may be the best set of friday features for a long time. With IGN's report on the expansion, I expect to see it today, and now we smugglers may be getting information as well.

I am not getting my hopes up too high, but we are starting to get teased again, so we may have something coming...

We love you Wes, I don't think anyone here would mean to take out any of their anger on you, especially when you're bringing all the news you're currently allowed.

I'm trying to keep our history firmly in mind, but I can't help but be excited about this. If nothing else, that the docs are this close to ready means they've kept resources on us even as they geared up the CURB and smuggled out a new expansion. We'll see about the quality of these proposals, but I have to admit I'm grudgingly impressed about the quantity of work they've been putting out over the last few months.
