Why would you need to play 7 hours a day? I mean, I DO play that much, but i can get over 1 million unarmed exp a night. Even at playing 1 hour a night you should not have issues getting exp. its not that hard. And i dont take a lot of missions either.

Get some ok armor, grab some Doctor buffs, go up to dantooine and kill huurtons. <shrug> when they become easy move on to pickets etc. Go to other high end planets. Spend your time finding what you can kill that gives good exp rather then looking for a way to kill nunas for 10 hours a night. Take two missions. Say one to the SE and one to the NE. Kill everything you come across on the way to the first, then kill everything in between. I would go out to do 2 missions and come back with 300k exp.

i have to agree ... i work a night job and i go to college all day monday -friday.. and i can only put in about maybe 1-2 hours per weeknight.. but in that 1-2 hours i can get about 500k unarmed exp on dathomir.. maybe more.. depends on how fast i do and if i stop to talk to anyone or i die or anything like that.... it shouldnt be a problem..

combat macros are just out right lazy.... and u couldnt come up with a good one to kill the big things to get enough exp anyways.. leave the over night macros to entertainers.. and artisans... why dont u come out with the big boys and actually play to get ur exp?

pfft enjoy the game more.... getting the exp is 90% of the fun for me

The real question is, if your PC isn't folding or something while you are at work / sleeping, why shouldn't you macro some XP?

OK i dont know if you guys know this or not but in order for you to get xp while you are at work or sleeping you would have to use a 3rd party program to simulate key strokes and mouse movement to keep you from getting booted after being afk for so long...

this is HIGHLY FORBIDDIN... SOE has rules againist using programs like this. ever time you sign in to SWG you agree to the TOS which speicificlystates that theusage of any 3rd party programs of this kind can lead to termination of your account. If you get caught your accout will most likly be canceled.

but back to the debate here LOL, personaly i would rather just grind it out at my computer.... you learn alot more that way

Actually Ororick there are ways of not getting booted while not using a 3rd party macro. All you have to do is get the ingame macro to auto toggle you afk then not afk so every time the macro restarts you change from afk to not and this keeps you in the game.

Ummm you may be right but from my experince with macroing, the game looks for a responce from the keyboard or mouse to determine if you are AFK or not... even though your afk message may not appear, you are still technicaly AFK to the game. I have tryed adding things like this into my macro... Iike sit and stand and other commands to try and keep me in game but with no success.

I guess i will have try and see if it works but i just don't see how that would be any diffrent from any other command... All AFK is, is a command, just like sit and stand. Its a command that put those 3 letters over your head (AFK) and displays your AFK message if you receive a tell......... OH WELL i'll see what happens

No Macro required. Turn off AFK (CTRL-O) and stand on a spawn point. Most of the spawns will be melee, but every once in a while one will be ranged, who'll shoot you up for a bit. No worries though because after a short period he decides to come in and feed you a knuckle sandwich. Great way to earn some really easy XP while you otherwise would have received none. You can expect to earn upwards of 30-60k in a 5-8 hour spread easily.

But, why make a macro that would make you 50 xpeach kill wich means a couple of thousands xp while you sleep when you can just kill a huurton and get 5k in one pop?

This is an INCREDIBLY bad idea. Not only could that end your character up in Buckstahooda, but you could end up attacking militia members as well.
