It's 69 F over here in Oxford, England. Hope you're enjoying the heat.

hmmmm was hotter when I was there, though it wasn't the heat, but the humidity that forced me to spend half my days sleeping.

I live in arizona, I go from my a/c house to my a/c car to the a/c mall. The fact we have little to no humidity does help. It's the winters that are bad it can get all the way down to 40 degrees at night.

Try living in Maine pal, then we'll talk cold. Though you wouldn't know it, with it being 89 here and all. I do enjoy the heat, since we only get like 2 months of it between the cold long spring and the f'n cold fall
.

I grew up in Portland and was stationed at Loring AFB near Limestone so I know what 60 below feels like.

The one think I figured out in my 20+ years in the air force is you do not have to shovel rain.

Cold and foggy you say? It's a deal!

I loves me some cold and foggy. It's the perfect weather for dressing like it's the 20s-40s.

I knew I liked you for a reason. Felt hats FTW.

I don't really know what this "cold and foggy" is, though. It's generally not quite as bad here as Arizona, but I did have the rare pleasure of driving through 150 miles of 105 degree heat in a car without AC today. Right now I kind of feel like Lot's wife, and also the back of my shirt where it was between me and the car seat would get me arrested were I to wear it in states with laws against body armor.

It's only 105 here, but at least it's a dry heat. So it's like an oven rather than... a wet oven?

gah!!! I would just give up and die....

Im telling you, 60 degrees is perfect weather..... but oooooo do I love a cold day. I remember not long ago, the weather droppingto 30 below, plus the windshield factor...I was in heaven. My face was numb and my fingers were as well, but damn it was better than boiling to death. And yes I wear sandals right into December....

It was 90 F last night at 22:30 with no breeze.

That's insane.
