from what i read it seid that you can only slice a wepon upter a coustemation % and unless your a master you cant fully custimie it even if you have every thign you need to slice it upto 100% you can only aplle 75% unless your master

Well, this is true, but the point is we were told one thing, that ONLY a master could slice a weapon to 100% customization, but this isn't the case. So it's not a matter of, well, we still can do three slices they can't, it's a matter of yet another lie SOE told us.

Do you have a link to the thread from the Devs stating that 100% customization is a skill only master smugglers possess.

Not trying to be argumentative, just curious where this thread exists....so I can be on the same page as everyone else.

ok a teir 4 speed slice is 100 % customazation

a slice 4 can only do a teir 3 speed slice jsut because the can also do a teir 1 dam slice to make it 100% doesnt mean that thats a good thing

it means they just junked a weapon lol
