In my expiriences it's the guys who tend to be quieter are those who listen and we're harder to find cause we don't go out as much.

not likley my plate wouldnt be packed full with art assets for all these publishes every 2 weeks, expansions, and combat upgrades, but ill defintly ask my boss if i can work later and add some more stuff to my plate j/k
