Well, I'd like to rephrase that "dabblers" part... Basicaly, if you're number one hope for this game isn't to get smuggling, NO SHOT FO YOO!

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. Part of the divide beteween "old smugglers" and "new smugglers" is that they changed the XP requirments, some of us "old smuggs" had to grind out actual slice and spice xp, now its all combat and pistol. In some ways that makes it easier to be a smuggler, in some ways it makes it harder.Some folks feel that they have weathered the storm all along and dont take kindly to "johnny comelatelys" claimingto "share our pain".



I for one don't care when you became a smuggler, Welcome to the gang!

It's a bit like the difference between the American and British sence of humo(u)r.


History and life experiences change the way people react and what they find funny, etc. The long time smugs have got that level of cynicism and irony that only comes from certain experience.. (Much like the Brits)


I don't think it's ever really been so much resentment, but because you are seeing it from different eyes and different experience. you don't quite understand it.
