I picked up 3 this weekend running missions to kill Valarian Swoopers out of Espa.
I've also heard some of Jabba's guys drop them as well...but I'm not in a big hurry to start betraying Jabba.

two people asked the same thing, which means neither of them read the thread, because its answered in the third or fourth post.
along with the two or three loot threads that tell who drops what for almost every piece of new loot.
maybe everyone hasnt seen the loot threads, they are in a different forum, but it was still answered here.
perhaps i wasnt all flowers and spice in my reply, but i have lost pretty much all tolerance for people who just wont read what was already put out there.
i could have been quite rude. perhaps said r.t.f.f.
But yeah, now that you mention it, I AM feeling manlier! Manly enough to beat your ass for daring to put it in quotes!

I pay 20-50k. They're not that rare. Go to a decent spawn site that drops there, loot for an hour or two and you'll get a few of them.
These babies look awsome in my ship, though (Nova Cruiser). 
I'm also building a small casino, so they're perfect. ^^

Don't expect to get rich running the missions. Payout on Valarian Swooper missions is in the 1400-1500 range. But, on the bright side, you don't have to go through the hassle of standing in line for buffs, and you don't have to worry about decay on your armor (since you really don't need to wear any)...and default attacks are generally more than enough to get the job done.

Yea, and you can imagine retribution Jabba would send on you for betraying him. *rolls eyes* 300 HAM Jabba punks with 40 max damage attacks and no armor...
