also "locked Containers" appear under generic items on the bazzar, "unlocked containers" appear in the container section, both a clearly titled. I used the practice a year ago of unlocking containers then selling them unlocked on the bazzar for people to use as house storage. Go into my house today and you'll not see bags lying around as I think unlocked contianers are more pleasing to the eye. Look like dustbins 
I know on my server there are hundreads and hundreads of locked containers on c-net bazzar. The guy was an idiot.
Edit: Oh yeah I remember now, I use to unlock containers for free, they kept what was inside I kep the container. I'd then sell the open containers for 3k on the bazzar (yes that was the cap then 
)

Pffft.... Maaaaan, F**K that dude.
A LOT of people use those containers. Keep putting them up and don't mind those who misdirect their self hate out into the world.
