It's been fun...

Are these sliced solo group missions do-able by a master smuggler/artisan/marksman? I earned most of my pistol xp on dant and,even when buffed, never...ever...ever...had luck against janta or other high level baddies. Is there a combat tactic that I'm missing because the money for these missions sounds great (slicing and swoops aren't exactly padding my bank account). Any tips would be appreciated.
