The delay doesn't work but I can try softening up a mob by trying to put a bleed on everyone in the cone of fire.

Then lowblow and spam lastditch on the current target.

Another dirty trick:

Lets say you have a TEF in a city, and you get jumped by an Overt.

FD, and just lay there. They may black-bar grief you, but, you can't /peace with them, and they're stuck without the ability to call vehicles, pets, catch a shuttle, etcetera.

If they try taunting you into standing up to fight, just /tell them you're tired and you'd rather lie down for a bit.
