Both the Striker and The FWG5 can have scopes That is the only way I buy them.

I read the patch notes. Customization is going away. Yes, they've put some of the stuff on some of the weapons as "extended" versions and such, but WS can't customize them. Will the Striker pistol and the FWG5 have an "extended" version? Didn't see them on the list...

Im personally gonna miss my fwg5. My best friend made it for me back when I first mastered smuggler(and he was grinding WS)and I carry it almost exclusivly (except when I need to do real damage and use my pre-nerf reb blaster)
It has a scope and pretty good damage, but I always just liked the look over other pistols. I guess it works out ok tho, since Ive had the thing for over a year and its yet to break, I wont have to deal with it going completely dead before I put it up for display.

There is no indication they're coming back in the form they were. Only that it is out of the scope of the CU and that they'll "look" at it another time. Just like they've looked at slice tool auto pull again, or candle burnout, or 100s of other things over the last few years. relevant threads

i LOVE the new "extended" appearance of the guns!!!
my scout blaster has a little side scope on it! i picked up a few other pistols i'm not certed for yet just to have a looksee, and they all look awesome!
this is a big improvement for aesthetics in my opinion.
