Zantzen... You need to understand that the phrase "Solo group" (oxymoron that it is) actually means that you get to hunt by yourself,but reap the benefits of a big group. If you join a Solo group, then you get missions from the terminal that are very high payout, but you go do them by yourself! As long as no one in the group is close to you when you kill the final lair or nest, you get ALL the money to yourself. A solo group is perfect for a "loner".
And to clarify, after you get your missions from the terminal at group payouts, do NOT disband. Stay in the group as long as you are hunting and taking terminal missions. You can even go to a DIFFERENT PLANET if you like and still get the group payouts.
I too am mostly a loner.... so the first thing I do when I get to Dant is join a solo group.
