I believe the original poster is referring to his worst "Master Smuggler" slice ever.
Of course that's not the worse. One of the rights of passage into the realm of a true Master Smuggler is slicing someone's uber Composite helmet for 11% effectiveness as a Master Smuggler.
You'll get one eventually. I've had a few.

It was a while back, so I have no idea if that's even possible...lol I just sliced it and supplied the Acklay Bones, the WS (who I'll admit I trusted at the time, but he's done a couple shady things) told me it had tissue in it.
I think the damage when all was sliced and done was somewhere around 750-800...it's purdy.

I get 11% eff slices all the time when doing my armor. Those upset me everytime. Didn't think I could actually get that low, but it happens.

A crappy speed slice on a friends 375 max damage DE-10. Its sad getting cappy speed slices on nice stuff for people who are speed capped.

Funny i also had my best slice ever today,
44% Ecum slice on a triple layered Composite Chest Plate
the customer was well pleased , so i guess its swings and roundabouts

oooh congrats on that I've gotten several 45% encumbs and even a couple in a row so yeah it does swing both ways...anything is possible...but then I've been slicing a loooooonnnngggg time /shrug

Best Slice: By far, it was my bf's Power Hammer (Made with Acklay Bones and Krayt Tissue.) Sliced that mofo for 35% damage, and oh what a weapon it is!
SIlly man, you can't put krayt tissue into a hammer.

my smuggler alt has gotten a 49% encumber slice. but the worst was 9%. nothing extrodinary just a laser carbine of mine.

The worst slice I've had as a master was when I drunkenly sliced a piece of my own armour and accidentally chose the wrong wire

Oh man, I can't even count the number of times I've messed up my own slices whilst drunk IRL.
