Thread: Can anyone that has tested Concussion & Panic Shot on TC explain?

To the original poster: this is the exact same thing. I think you should feel a little bit obligated to go into the Jedi forum and post your concerns about that combo above. Jedi need to be nerfed too you know
Never had to worry about fighting a Jedi with that combo, so it never occured to me. But if they can do that, then yeah, it should be on a timer too.

Finally someone just answers the friggin question. 20 second reuse timer on the more powerful ofthe moves sounds reasonable to me. It can still be alternated, but will allow more breathing time in between mezzes to allow your opponent to do something against you.
And with the jedi healing, the reports I heard this morning that jedi healing was not working while dazed. If it is, its a bug and not intended.

No, the TC notes said that no healing or buffing of any kind can be done during a daze effect. It is intended.
While under Combat Medic's Paralyze or Jedi's Stasis,there will be no capability to heal or buff either.
I think you are freaking out about not being to heal. If a smuggler wants you to not heal at all, then that means that they cannot attack. It is balanced.

See Jebi whined and wanted our roots changed, we Smugglers were happy with our roots. The got changed... I guess next time you wont rush off (yell nerf root!)to have our specials changed, as you may not like the chenges made!
theyv already said they will be setting it up like the old KD timers
but that patch is in pub 20-21.... so till then its fair game I suppose

You mean "game breaking" like how you jedi run into a house and regen health and force
power after combat has started? Is this what you mean by game breaking?

Nowhere in that sentence does it say that the actual root effect breaks on damage. Daze only keeps your opponent from healing and attacking back, root keeps them from moving. This we all know.

So my question is; does the ROOT break on damage along with the Daze or is it truely just the Daze effect only?
Both effects break on damage. Read a little further in the post and Blixtev says that himself.

Advance Startle Shot?
or placing these all togeather so you KD then high damage delay then low damage delay then high damage delay? You can kill any none Jedi with this method one on one currently and they can't even heal when KDed. So you're "I win" button belongs to other professions that arn't meant to be 5s in crowd control. Please do research before crying "The sky is falling."
Daze in itself does not stop you healing if it's the same day as disarming shot and startle shot. You can still heal.
And no I'm not a smuggler anymore but I'll still stick up for them.
